An eclectic combination of talk therapies, creative activities, EMDR, mindfulness exercises, hypnotherapy, and teaching of self-hypnosis give my clients a powerful and unique experience.
At your first session we will discuss options and explore what may work best for you. Session lengths can vary, from 50 minutes up to 120 minutes, depending on the type of session, and can include a combination of different modalities. Our time together is tailored to your needs and goals, so I will check in with you often and we will re-evaluate as we proceed.
