Many people try hypnotherapy because they have tried everything else, including therapy, and nothing has given them the results they are looking for. While we may know what changes we want to make, sometimes we get stuck and can’t seem to do what we need to do in order to reach our goals.
You may have already told your story over and over and tried several different therapists or even other treatment methods, but you are still feeling stuck or not satisfied with your progress. If you are one of these clients, and you are exhausted or burned out with the “therapy scene”, you may want to jump right into hypnotherapy to get to the root of the problem quickly and resolve it. If this is you, we can begin your treatment with the hypnotherapy sessions and make powerful changes within the subconscious mind right away to address limiting beliefs, traumatic experiences, or pesky habits.
Most issues take 2-6 sessions and the sessions are between 60-120 minutes. If you would like to start with individual therapy first, we can always do hypnotherapy later when you are ready to intensify your results. Every person is different, and sometimes people need a slow lead-in to dealing with their problems as they acclimate to the positive changes that are occurring in their life. Please note that hypnotherapy and teaching of self-hypnosis must be done in the in-person sessions only.
